Business Analyst - This exciting and challenging position within the Business Systems Analysis team assumes responsibility for analysing business, data and technical requirements for organisation initiatives. The post-holder will need to be familiar with standard business analysis techniques, e.g. UML, and have proven experience in describing business processes/requirements and translating them into business and functional specifications and user stories. The candidate will need to have some project management experience and will need to have had prior experience of working with SalesForce or other CRM systems. In addition, the candidate would ideally have experience working on both Agile and Waterfall projects, with Agile experience being most important. A good understanding of online publishing, sales and marketing processes and systems would be considered an advantage. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills; high attention to detail; be able to build and maintain strong relationships; be experienced in working with logistically disparate teams; and must be self motivated with a pro-active nature.
