Technical Support Analyst (1st, 2nd, Basic 3rd Line) - £30K - London - required strong in Windows Server 2003/2008, Active Directory, Exchange, MS Office 2010, Blackberry Server and Devices (BES) to work for my growing professional services client in London.You will be working in a small team providing desktop and remote IT support to a small but demanding users located in offices all over the world. To apply the chosen candidate must have experience supporting the following:
· Blackberry, iPhone, Android and tablet devices,
· MS Office 2010, MS Windows/Server
· Active Directory/ MS Exchange
· Lucent-Alcatel telephone system & various network problems
· vMware / vSphere/Infrastructure client
· Software/ Hardware upgrades (Ghost for Building machines)
Any candidates with experience in SQL Server , MAC OSX or VOIP is highly desirable. Please note all candidates applying must be flexible to work on call 24/7 in case of any IT emergencies.
