Our client, a high profile Oil & Gas company require A Project Reporting and support lead to join them on a temporary basis. This role will be to maintain and lead the Project Support team
and interface with Project Leadership Team and broader Project Team to ensure proactive and appropriate use of defined processes.
Coordinates the consistent implementation of the Performance Management process and drives proactive and accurate reporting.
Responsibilities
* Defining the key objectives and strategy, and establishing the systems, procedures, plans and tools for Management of Change and Action Tracking processes across the project.
* Project conformance to BP Group defined practices/procedures, Major Projects common process (MPcp) and Operating Management System (OMS) for Management of Change and Action Tracking.
* Build competence across project in the use and application of the procedures, plans and toolsets (PMCS & PSPC) through training, user support and coaching programmes.
* Act as Project Management Control System (PMCS) Coordinator
* Lead in the development, deployment, implementation and ongoing support of GPO standard toolset (PMCS) for all modules (ATS, MoC, Risk, ETP Dev., IR) across AGT Dev.
* Act as project’s single point of accountability for the implementation of the Project Staff Planning and Control database.
* Responsibility for the Project Performance Management including measuring actual performance, reporting & forecasting.
* Develop performance & assurance metrics for each process (including Risk Management) and routinely report to project leadership for the overall governance.
* Establish networks with Delivery Team based coordinators to drive consistency of application and utilisation of the established Project Support processes and toolsets in all locations.
