*Experience as a Development Manager, Technical Delivery Manager or Scrum Master
*Deep understanding of development/engineering practices
*Ex-developer, with good understanding of engineering and coding standards
*Extremely well organised with an attention to detail
*Experience managing people, including those sourced from third parties
*Strong interpersonal and team-working skills
*Demonstrates a commitment to quality and resource performance
*Agile in a fast moving environment
*Good Communication skills/customer facing skills
*Excellent written, oral and communication skills
