Windows/Vitalisation Engineer - Croydon
My Croydon based retail client is looking for a Windows systems engineer to assist in planning and delivery of PC and server projects in addition to managing infrastructure elements contained within IT development projects. You will be liaising with 3rd party suppliers and will require detailed technical knowledge of PC and network technology with strong experience with:
Microsoft Server 2003/2008
Active Directory
VMware 5/1 VDI - VMware View
Strong networking experience up to CCNA standard
Windows 7
This role will be mainly project based where you will be implementing a virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI), upgrading Active Directory and Upgrading from XP to Windows 7.![]()
