IT Service Delivery Manager - £300 - £350pd - 6 Months - My client a large Blue-Chip Financial Services organisation in central Birmingham is looking for an IT Service Delivery Manager. This organisation is undergoing rapid growth and significant change and as such, you will need to have a track record of success operating in a complex, challenging and fast-paced environment. You will have a proven track record in application and / or service management, be very commercially astute and be an excellent communicator. With responsibility for managing senior stakeholders both internally and externally, you will be able to demonstrate excellent relationship building skills. You will be of graduate calibre, certified in ITIL and have experience of the Financial Services industry. If you have experience managing regional teams within a global IT function, that will be a significant advantage.
