Excellent opportunity for a permanent Business Analyst to join a fast growing Software House in Solihull. You will be working with packaged applications and there implementation into medium and large Utilities and Energy companies.
The role includes requirement analysis, system/process design, implementation including supporting the testing and development team, configuration and requirement scoping. You will also support the customer through UAT and providing on-going support including training and walkthroughs.
To be successful you need have 3 years or equivalent as a Business Systems analyst and have knowledge of related processes and methodologies including project documentation to ensure the piece of work is delivered. Stakeholder communication is also important as you will be liaising with external clients. Previous experience in a product focused environment preferably based around the energy/utilities industry will be useful as you will need market knowledge.
