The candidate is required to have an extensive track-record of successful project delivery, within complex IT enviornments. Experience of managing multiple CRM implementations is crucial with at least one SAP CRM implementation under your belt. The candidate is required to have a comprehensive understanding of the full software development life-cycle and strong stakeholder management and engagement skills. Experience of engaging with 3rd party suppliers and strong inter-personal skills is a must. For this roles candidates must have experience of large-scale CRM implementations.
