Harvey Nash is working exclusively for a well known brand name currently looking to recruit a first class IS Installations Co-ordinator. As IS Installations Co-ordinator you will work with an experienced team to ensure all client depos open on time and on budget and all users are effectively supported.
You will be an experienced IT professional who can work at ease with networking, cabling and infrastructure to ensure high standards of service delivery are met from a technical prospective. You will be responsible for coordinating and completing IT installations and will be a first point of contact for any issues raised. Assisting with configurations you will handle all data and telephony needs. You will be very familiar with networking, general infrastructure and telephony communications and ideally have some knowledge of ITIL methodologies. You will have commercial experience of working in a Microsoft environment. The ideal candidate will have experience of setting up the infrastructure for new offices / depos. Any experience of working with Cisco switches and LAN / WAN along with general desk top support would be highly advantageous. You must also have fantastic written and verbal communication skills. Due to the nature of support in this role you will be required to travel with this role. You will be out of the office often and will at times be required to stay away from home.
