Regional HR Business Partner (Europe)

We are currently recruiting for a very exciting opportunity to work for truly impressive global leader in the professional services sector. This roles sits in the senior team with a Global Remit.
Our client is looking for someone who can add impact, challenge and be an inspirational leader.

Organisational Capability
*Provide HR leadership and consultation to leadership team on the strategic, organisation effectiveness and people-related issues impacting their business.
*Serve as change management agent in assigned organisation, planning and deploying effective change management strategies, communications and training in support of major organisation change.
*Identify business issues and makes appropriate recommendations to enable business growth/productivity improvement.
*Provide advice and guide leaders on the processes to follow in managing employees including: people/performance decisions and actions, talent management & development, reward optimisation, workforce planning, business diagnostics, productivity analyses, retention and engagement, employee communication, culture management, diversity, and compensation recommendation in support of achieving business goals.
*Support leaders in restructuring activities, liaising with Finance to assess viability and submit funding request. Work with leaders on communication plans and facilitate the redundancy/ out sourcing process.
*Drive engagement strategy across the organisation ensuring that activities and initiatives are appropriate and timely.
*Work across global HR organisation to collaborate and align on HR-related items outside of home region. HR focal point to advise leaders and global HR peers on local/regional HR practices/protocol.
*Serve as initial contact for senior-level employee relations issues; resolve employee relations issues; mediate employee grievances; escalate when appropriate; serve as initial contact with Legal Counsel when necessary.
*Conduct labour market/organisation/talent analysis (e.g. organisations upgrade metrics, turnover, performance ratings, exit interviews, etc.). Translate organisation's data into meaningful recommendations for improving productivity, performance, and profitability

Key Competencies

*University degree or equivalent
*Minimum of 7-10 years HR experience in generalist, business partner and/or management role.
*Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing change initiatives
*Prior experience in providing HR consulting to functional or business unit level leadership teams with good conflict & problem solving skills; able to apply creative solutions
*Exposure to working across a global, organisational structure; good influencing and coaching skills demonstrating the ability to develop line managers in a multi-country, matrixed structure is a distinct advantage.
*Preference for strong organisation development background/experience.
*Exceptional Excel, PowerPoint and analytical skills.
