Performance and Capacity Manager - IT Services

Performance and Capacity Manager - (IT, Capacity Management, ITIL, Consultant, Finance, SAS, Customer, Unix, Windows) - £50k required to work for a Surrey based IT Services company. The Performance and Capacity manager will be charged with ensuring that sufficient physical IT resources are provided and to meet the demands of the customers workloads. The successful Performance and Capacity Manager will ensure the balance of physical IT resources and to reduce utilisation, increase work load and assess the impact of change and new IT solutions. On the performance management front you will analyse problems or when alerts occur and recommend corrections, gather performance data and define and maintain thresholds. The successful candidate should have experience of building or designing capacity functions/teams from inception through to delivery. To be considered for this position you should have experience of the following:

Capacity Management Experience
Windows/Unix OS
ITIL
SAS/MXG
IBM Servers
