As Business Analyst you will have excellent communication skills as you be responsible for the analysis of business requirements via work shops and one to ones. You will define, specify, test and implement IT and non IT projects. Working with all levels of stakeholders (both internal and external) you will have worked as a BA in an IT department before and understand how to communicate effectively with non technical and technical people. Ideally will have knowledge of the software engineering life cycle (highly desirable) and any knowledge of working in an agile environment would be advantageous, but not essential. Working closely with other BAs you will be looking to continuously improve project processes and documentation.
My client would ideally like the successful candidate to have a degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science or Information Systems. Any experience of process mapping would be highly desirable. You will have a solid background in pulling things together and achieving goals on time and to agreed standards.
