2nd Line Team Leader
Client: A very large Business Law Firm in Manchetser City Centre

The role:
1. Ensure operational procedures are in place, improved and managed effectively and that workflow is coordinated between the team members.
2. Manage, develop and coach the 2nd Line Analysts to achieve provision of a high quality IT service to the firm, and address performance issues where applicable.
3. Manage and develop the team to ensure that service standards are implemented and develop customer service driven delivery.
4. Manage & Develop the VIP service with the implementation of the new process within the business
5. Drive team to prioritise effectively to meet SLA.Act as escalation contact within the team, dealing with more complex issues/processes.
Skills:1. A detailed working knowledge of some or all of the following:-
· Windows XP
· Microsoft Office 2003
· Anti-Virus products
· PC security
· Active Directory
· Practice Management systems
· Case Management systems
· Digital Dictation systems
· Mobile devices (Phones, Blackberries, iPhones)· Service Desk software
· Troubleshooting
2. To be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
3. To possess good inter-personal skills, and have a service-orientated approach.
4. To have excellent organisational and time management skills with experience of meeting targets and deadlines, including IT Development, Infrastructure Team, IT Training.
5. Liaise with Partners, legal advisers and support staff as well as external service providers and contacts as required.
6. To have a flexible approach to working hours.
