IP Optimisation/ CCNP or CCIP Project Management Engineer required to deliver advice on technology and strategy as part of a project team, through modelling, design, network sharing and evolution. This can be a 12 month fixed term permanent or a 12 month contract opportunity located on Kuwait and paid in pounds. Accommodation and flights paid for by the client. Develop and deliver technical and project reports/docs. Establish technical guidelines, project processes and flowcharts for the project team. Management skills and experience are required to ensure that projects are delivered to time and cost constraints whilst still maintaining a contented team and client. Coordinate with other related departments (IP/PS & CS Planning, Core and Transmission Implementation, Manage Services) and Vendors. Assist in IP MPLS Backbone and Transmission DCN implementation. Optimize IP Backbone network systems and perform related activities Strong technical skills will be a requirement to enable the delivery of projects spanning many technical disciplines and technologies. Proven ability to develop solution from Vendor documentation. Good knowledge in: PS- IP Core technologies/protocols such as 2G/3G GPRS mobility management, session management, Gb-over-FR/IP, Iu-over-ATM/IP, GTP/GTP', Sigtran, IN services and etc as well as Legacy/NG IP technologies/protocols such as routing, multi-layer switching, IP addressing, MPLS, OSPF, BGP and etc. Mobile applications/services such as WAP, MMS, Streaming and etc. Acts as a PS network planning & Optimization.
