1st-3rd Line Support Analyst required by my client based in Central London.
The successful candidate will join the Support Team and provide support and assistance with lifecycle management and end to end desktop support of business applications as well as Windows Server technology. This role will encompass BAU support as well as some project work.
In order to be successful the 1st-3rd Line Support Analyst will need to have experience of providing support on Windows XP/7, MS Office, and Active Directory as well as support and build experience with Windows Server 2003/2008. The ideal candidate will also have experience of supporting Lotus Notes as an e-mail client as well as good knowledge of Citrix, and Blackberry (handsets and BES).
