Together with your Project Management tasks , such as leading the teams, providing analysis to the client, managing the day to day running of small and medium sized projects and establishing and managing the project plan, the Project Manager will also focus on 4 core competencies. These will include Financial Management, Business Development, Communication and possess strong Technical Knowledge.
