HR Business Partner - c£60k + car + bonus
You will join my client, a growing service organisation, at an exciting time of cultural change where there is a key focus on HR and business transformation; driving high performance and employee engagement levels. As a true HR Business Partner supporting business strategy and commercial operations, your key focus shall be to further develop strong working relationships with the Executive and Senior Management team whilst also retaining a hands-on operational focus. Supporting a nationwide network of multiple sites, your ability to understand varying regional challenges, will be key in ensuring that the people plan is fully aligned to the Business Agenda and optimises organisational effectiveness and productivity
This is a pure generalist role however your key areas of focus will be:
* In conjunction with Group HR colleagues, drive forward Talent Management initiatives, educating the business on the benefit of measuring and highlighting Talent, formulating career pathways and succession plans
* Support development and implementation of new Performance Management processes to include coaching management on how to manage performance effectively
* Provide leadership coaching and drive commerciality throughout the business
* Support on recruitment and talent management activity; to encourage best practice and efficiency in processes that reduce costs and improve retention
* Monitor business performance and revenue, implementing people solutions that raise productivity and profit levels
* Develop and maintain effective working relationships at all levels, challenging the status quo and influencing where appropriate
* Attend senior management meetings, acting as a subject matter expert on HR and providing commercial solutions to key customer and business issues
* Ensure provision of effective Employee Relations advice on varied issues; minimising risk to the business whilst proactively raising management capability and promoting a positive Employee Relations culture
Key Skills & Qualifications
* Ideally be fully CIPD qualified and of graduate calibre
* Able to demonstrate experience in line with the above areas within commercially focussed, multi-site organisations
* Evidence of effective HR Business Partnering whilst also showing a passion for operational HR
* You will also be able to demonstrate experience of building strong working relationships and meeting changing stakeholder demands with challenging environments that are regionally spread
* Experience of driving business and cultural change
* Up-to-date knowledge and Employment Law and the practical application of legislation
