IT Service Management Analyst - £30-40k - Birmingham - My client a Global Blue Chip organisation are looking to recruit a Service Management Analyst to work as part of a global client services team to ensure that high quality and stable business services are provided and maintained. The role will have interaction with senior stakeholders across both IT teams and the Business, specifically IT delivery teams, Risk Teams and Vendor Teams. This role requires a good ITIL understanding across multiple areas and the ability to liaise closely with the business sponsors to communicate incidents, system status, and ensure effective escalation processes.
As the ideal candidate you will be ITIL certified and have experience of Incident, Problem and Change Management and conducting Root Cause Analysis of problems. You will also have excellent Business Relationship skill and experience.A technical background is needed to give the candidate an awareness of the environment and the team, knowledge of SQL and UNIX would be beneficial but not necessary.
