IT Business Analyst - Birmingham - up to £40,000 plus car, pension, healthcare
This market leading services company based in Birmingham are looking for an IT Business Analyst to join the Project Delivery team, who are responsible for the delivery of applications and infrastructure to all new clients.
As a Business Analyst within this team, your key responsibilities will include:
· Gathering business requirements through workshops, one to ones, and interviews
· Business process reengineering· Managing relationships with business stakeholders
· Documenting business requirements in functional/non-functional specifications
· Change management
To be considered for this position, you must have the following skills and experience:
· A strong background of business analysis in an IT environment
· Experience with formal analysis tools and techniques e.g. UML, process mapping, gap analysis
· Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
· Experience with application, infrastructure, and business change projects
· Any exposure to bid work is a distinct advantage
