Business Systems Analyst - Leicestershire - up to £50,000 plus car, pension, healthcare
This leading rental and distribution organisation based in Leicestershire is actively seeking a Business Systems Analyst to help with the international rollout of its ERP system.
Working within Group IT, you will be responsible for gathering business and system requirements, documenting functional/non-functional specifications, process mapping, and managing UAT.
This is an international role and so will also encompass extensive stakeholder engagement with business sponsors around the globe.
To be considered for this position you must have the following skills and experience:
· A strong background of business analysis in an IT systems environment
· Experience with formal analysis tools and techniques e.g. UML, process mapping, gap analysis etc.
· Very strong stakeholder management skills
· Experience working as a Business Analyst in manufacturing/retail/distribution/FMCG/supply chain/logistics
· Ideally you will have experience of working on the development and implementation of ERP (or other business) systems
· Any exposure to working in an international business is a distinct advantage
This role will come with occasional travel to Europe and the Middle East.
