SAP Technical Manager - SAP, ABAP, ECC, CRM, ABAP/4, BI, PI
My client is currently looking for a SAP Technical/ABAP Team Lead to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the delivery of SAP solutions to meet business requirements of stability, performance and functionality. The successful candidate will also look to build a strong team to support and develop the SAP solution and any additional systems in the business.
Key Responsibilities:
· Responsible for the SAP support and development team
· Produce measures on the performance of the team
· Produce work plans and commitments on delivery of developments and fixes
· Ensure auditable procedures are in place and security policy met
· Delivery of stable IT applications that perform to business requirements
· Delivery of application functionality to meet the business requirements
· Trouble shoot and resolution of application issues
· Definition of application coding standards and delivery to the standards
· The different SAP modules currently ECC, CRM, BI and PI
· Contribute to the IT Management team, working with the other areas in the IT department to deliver a high performing IT team
· Contribute to Group discussions on strategy for applications in the Group organisation
· SAP subject matter expert
Key Skills:
· Sound technical background and will hold a relevant IT or Economic related degree.
· Professional knowledge of methologic structure, analysing and crossover of business processes and ability to transfer this to SAP.
· Professional and hand on practical experience in ABAP/4 programming.
· Experience in SAP ECC and preferably in CRM
· Experience in implementing SAP in a Greenfield site
· Experience managing an effective, efficient SAP support and development teams
