My Client in the transport industry is looking for a Business Analyst to assist with Software Development Projects. The role will initially start with managing the implementation of existing software developed to provide optimisation of train crew deployment.

The software is already developed but requires a person who is technically minded, highly computer literate, motivated and with analytical skills to integrate the software into Heavy Hauls planning process - to realise this optimisation.

The successful candidate would be expected to take ownership and champion this software introduction to completion.

Skills required:
· Analytical approach to problem solving.
· Highly-computer literate.
· Diligent and self-motivated.
· Proven ability to manage projects to conclusion.
·Record of implementing change.
·Experience of an operational environment
