My Richmond based media client is looking for an ITIL Certified Service Delivery Manager with strong experience in an international distributed environment with a strong track record of delivering medium and large scale business solutions in partnership with a range of businesses and technical owners across multi international sites. You will define, develop, document and negotiate the SLAs between Group IT and its customers both UK and globally to manage the IT performance against the SLA for designated areas of responsibility. You will need to be flexible to travel abroad 1 week out of 4/8 and must have international experience with a large vendor.Image may be NSFW.
