Experienced IT Business Analyst required urgently to join a large, fast moving and technology aware client operating on an international basis. You will be able to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical staff and members of interdisciplinary teams, as you be responsible for the analysis of business requirements to assist in defining/managing software development project plans.
Working with all levels of stakeholders you will have worked as a BA in an IT department before and ideally will have knowledge of the software engineering life cycle (highly desirable) and experience working in an agile environment would be advantageous, but not essential. Working closely with other BA's you will be looking to continuously improve project processes and documentation.
My client would ideally like the successful candidate to have a degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science or Information Systems. Any experience of process mapping would be highly desirable. You will have a solid background in 'pulling things together' and achieving goals on time and to agreed standards.
