A Senior Application Support Analyst is required for a prestigious client in central Birmingham. You will need to have proven experience of working in a small team managing bespoke business critical applications to a high level (3rd/4th line) as well as being client facing and managing your own KPIs and proactively supporting incidents. As a Senior team member you will manage some L1 and L2 analysts and liaise with an offshore support function for lower level less critical problems.
Technical Skills required:
- Oracle and SQL
- Unix or Linux (Sun Solaris would be beneficial)
-Shell Scripting would be useful
- Experience in an ITIL environment
- Knowledge of bespoke application support
