Our client, a high profile Media organisation are looking for a commercial manager to join their team on a contract basis.
The post holder will be responsible for providing commercial advice on technology supplier management matters to senior managers and business stakeholders across the organisation, leading on the resolution of commercial issues and commercial negotiations for significant new business.
The post holder will ensure that effective commercial operational and administrative support is provided for technology contracts including the Technology Framework Contract (TFC) with third party supply contracts as well as internal back-to-back agreements.
Required Skills and Experience
· Excellent interpersonal and communications skills to ensure credibility and effective working relationships with key senior contacts internal and external
· Significant and demonstrable knowledge and expertise in commercial matters, with experience in media, broadcasting or technology environment.
· Outstanding knowledge and experience of technology contracts and contract management
· Demonstrable negotiation skills and utilising technical, commercial and legal information with the ability to achieve the desired outcome.
· Proven experience of leading negotiations with staff, customers, partners and suppliers.
· Proven expert in managing multiple stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
