My client is looking for an experienced Head of Change, Policy and Customer Care to effectively manage change processes by ensuring the delivery of project milestones on time, to budget and specification and manage the design and delivery of business policies, procedures and systems in a compliant and effective manner and manage the implementation of changes. Duties will include to manage a small policy, process and change team, regularly review the effectiveness of the departments processes, systems and policies and manage adherence to the agreed policies. Applicants are required to have a proven track record of introducing significant process/system change in a consumer service oriented industry.
