IT Bid Support Manager - London - £60,000 + Benefits.
My client is looking for an IT Bid IT Support Manager to come and join their company on a permanent basis.
The IT Business Support Manager would work in partnership with the Business Development Teams within Support Services to deliver appropriate BID and tender information for the IT Solutions and Services that Support a proposed approach and meet client contractual requirements.
The IT Bid Support Manager would act as the key interface between the IT Business Partners and the wider IT Team in the BID Process. The deliverable of the IT Bid Support is Manager is to ensure other team members of the IT team have produce are
1) The Solution Design that supports s the proposed operation
2) Writing the IT Sections of the tender response
3) Populating the pricing model
4) Presenting the proposed solutions to the client Upon contract award the IT BID Support Manager will be responsible for imparting all the BID knowledge to the IT Mobilisation team.
You will act as the interface with the Business Unit and Support Services IT Team for clarity of communication, relationship management and stakeholder management
Post mobilisation responsible for reviewing performance of actual expenditure, versus bid estimates and identifying any significant variation of service delivered to ensure continuous improvement.
The Candidate Educated to degree level or equivalent qualification Writing Tender Proposals and sales techniques Commercial Background with BID experience Understanding of technology and how IT Solutions support business objectives
An experienced relationship and stakeholder management at a senior level.
