Service Continuity Analyst - Uxbridge
My client, a high profile oil & gas company , is looking for a Service Continuity Analyst to join their team in Uxbridge.
Job Description:
* Analyse and interpret the data on IT services to create artefacts to the current standards maintained within the team.
* Review IT Services for Risk exposures, Resiliency and recovery capability, health and impact assessments.
* Manage / Assist Suppliers in the completion of Technical Recovery Documentation, where unavailable.
* Manage / Assist Service Delivery Managers, Application Managers in continuity testing.
* Assist the Service Continuity team in developing / revisiting:
* Business Impact Analysis (BIA),
* Application to Business process mapping,
* Application Impact analysis.
* Site Recovery Plans
* Continuity Testing (BCP and DR Testing)
* Manage Suppliers and internal technical teams in the running of Disaster Recovery testing.
* Work with internal teams to ensure that Service Continuity requirements are articulated correctly and also realised.
* Assist the internal IT teams to develop their continuity plans and capabilities in accordance to internal standards.
Key Skills:
Specialist (SBCI) in Service Continuity and Disaster Recovery or Associate Member (AMBCI)
ITIL Foundation
Strong Analytical and presentation skills
Project Management Experience
Hands on experience in current technology
Ability to understand architecture and processes to identify SPoF's (Single points of failure)
Desirable:
Risk Management BS29999 or ISO 22301
