Bank Knowledge Manager for a leading financial services company based in the City.
My client is actively recruiting for a Bank Knowledge Manager for a there the archive information & records management team. The team is responsible for service management including Bank Archive, Information Centre, Records Management and EDRM System Administration. Collectively, the team has responsibility for information repositories including FileSite (Document Management), Autonomy Records Manager; CALM (Archive Catalogue), OLIB (Information Centre Catalogue); Collaborate (SharePoint), CRM (Microsoft Dynamics), Intranet (SharePoint), Enterprise Search (Automony IDOL), email (Microsoft Outlook) and network drives.
This is a key role within the Archive Information & Records Team. The successful candidate will have primary responsibility for continuing to ensure that a Bank-wide approach to information capture, sharing, re-use and exploitation is achieved. The jobholder will identify and define system and process implementations, and run internal culture change programmes. They will be responsible for the co-ordination and ownership of business requirements identification and prioritisation for existing, and future, information and knowledge systems within the Bank.
Essential
· Proven track record of working in an information/ knowledge management post.
· Ability to demonstrate the deployment of change programmes in the area of knowledge/ information management
· Strong knowledge of our currently deployed information and knowledge products, specifically: Autonomy FileSite, Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Autonomy IDOL and Microsoft Outlook
· Demonstrable evidence of applying and executing recognised information management theories, concepts and techniques in the development of polices, standards and procedures
· A high level of IT literacy (in Excel, Word and PowerPoint)Desirable
· Member of a professional body ie. Information and Records Management Society, CILIP etc.
· Degree qualification in information management or a related area
· A recognised project management qualification
