Specific responsibilities include:
- Providing a professional HR business partner service to managers and employees within the organisation
- Assisting with HR projects including change management activities and other projects
- MI reporting using the HR system and Excel
- Influencing at all levels within the organisation.
This role is to start early January and will go on for a minimum of 6 months.
The successful candidate will be:
- a proven HR professional with business partnering skills
- ideally CIPD qualified
- available to start a role in early January
- able to commute to the Northamptonshire region on a daily basis
