My client is seeking an Applications Support Manager to oversee the Application Support operation, providing consistent and high quality customer service and support, in order to achieve customer satisfaction. Duties will include to maintain and manage 3rd party offshore relationships, oversee the resolution of all issues, provide the single point of contact for all IS related incidents and Service Requests, identify, monitor and manage any risks within the team, department and business relating to Application Support and actively and openly encourage and motivate teams in order to meet goals.
