Service Desk Analyst required by our Peterborough based media client.
The successful Service Desk Analyst will be responsible for supporting users remotely on HP Service Desk on Windows XP and MAC OSX platforms providing technical support and problem-solving, with high levels of resolution, customer support and satisfaction and working to ITIL standards. You will strive to provide the highest possible first time fix-rate and posses excellent communication skills.
