Director, Document Management Solutions

Director of Document Management Solutions - required by our Global market leading client in information management solutions. This position will be responsible for the development, management and support of the Document Management Solutions (DMS) for the European business. The director leads a team of Business Analysts, Solution Designers, Developers and Support personnel to develop and manage DMS solutions. Working closely with the business, you will lead a team of professionals to understand the business, information management and technical challenges - and recommend thoughtful solutions that balance the aspirational with the realistic. You must have proven experience of the following:
-Delivering best-in-class DMS solutions across a multitude of successful client engagements.
-Have led a technology solutions team of 20+ DMS professionals in Europe within a global, complex, matrixed organisation.
-Significant experience in change management and effective project implementation.
-Broad knowledge and technical background in document management;
-Experience with information management (DMS, SPM, A/P, etc).
-Experience with Kofax Capture, Kofax KTM and Alfresco.
