A large professional services organisation based in Central Birmingham is currently looking for a Graduate Recruitment Coordinator to manage next years in take of graduates.
Key Accountabilities:
· Candidate selection via online applications and screening
· Ensure the smooth running of graduate assessment centres UK wide
· Facilitate and coordinate the 3 part assessment centres including; competency based interviews, group exercises and presentations
· Prepare all recruitment materials and resources
· Liaise with senior internal stakeholders
· General administration
Key Characteristics & Experience:
· Experience of conducting/preparing assessment centres is essential
· Graduate recruitment experience is desirable
· Comfortable in communicating at all levels
· Ability to work in a fast paced environment
