Service Desk Analyst providing a support for our Peterborough based media client. You will be responsible for supporting users remotely on HP Service Desk on Windows XP and MAC OSX platforms providing technical support and problem-solving, with high levels of resolution, customer support and satisfaction and working to ITIL standards. You will strive to provide the highest possible first time fix-rate. You must have excellent communication skills and be happy to work a 24*7 shift-pattern. This is a 6 month contract initially, with a view to gaining a 12 month extension on satisfactory completion of your initial 6 months.
