The successful candidate will be key to supporting the Project Delivery Director with input to plans, budgets, advice and decision making as well as controlling the day to day activity of the Project Management Team.
Selection Criteria:
· Prince2 Practitioner.
· Proven track record in successful project and portfolio management.
· Ability to interact with others possessing detailed knowledge of: recent IT trends, IT development and support, IT security and architecture, IT infrastructure technologies and service delivery.
· Awareness and understanding of business processes, operating models and current IT systems.
· Ability to build strong relationships with senior stakeholders from other business units and members of project boards.
· Contribute to continually improve and maintain the Project Delivery Function's recognition as 'centre of excellence'.
· Effectively manage risk, performance and best utilisation of Project Manager's.
· Experience of recruiting and developing personnel and carrying out performance reports for direct reports.
