Business Analyst required urgently fo Tier 1 Investment Bank. The ideal candidate will have the following experience:
SKILLS / EXPERIENCE
Essential
- Strong banking/brokerage background, preferably within Treasury or Finance Technology.
- Experience with SAP
- Recent experience of General Ledger systems, solid understanding of accounting concepts
- Excellent analytical skills, ability to understand complex problems and to generate appropriate solutions.
- Experience of performing Business Analysis, defining Technical Requirements and producing Functional Design and Specifications
- Experience of developing test cases, performing User Acceptance Testing/Quality Assurance and managing the various test cycles
- Experience of working closely with business users at all levels
- Experience of working closely with technology groups located around the globe
- Strong experience of database and data mapping understand database schema, database modelling, write SQL queries etc.
Desirable
Experience with Regulatory reporting systems (FRS, RegReport+ S&S)
Expeience with ELedger (SAP) or FCS / In$ight / [FGI
Experience in a capital management or liquidity risk management group
