Programme Manager - One of the Major broadcasters is looking for a delivery focused Programme Manager to join the Change & Service Experience team focusing initially on the transformation of their website. You'll lead and plan one or more programmes of transformational business change across the experience area, which is responsible for their online, interactive and mobile web brand and customer experience. You'll take overall responsibility for delivering across multiple departments and streams in an innovative environment, delivering fast paced change in a collaborative and influential way.
The change you'll plan and deliver will be high profile, complex and with multiple stakeholders and contributors - always challenging and future focused you'll contribute directly to the companies strategic objectives and continued success.You'll have a proven track record delivering programmes of business change in a complex, customer focused environment. But, you'll also be experienced at planning those change programmes - setting out the phases and milestones as well as identifying interdependencies and risks.
Ideally you'll have some experience of online but what's more important is that you're an expert in stakeholder management, comfortable influencing and challenging at a senior level.Delivery focused and collaborative, you'll thrive on getting things done. Equally comfortable talking to senior stakeholders as rolling your sleeves up to ensure all the elements of the transformation come together to deliver a compelling customer experience that meets the business goals. Although ideally we would like you to be familiar with Agile methodology, it is most important that you have excellent people and relationship building skills and the ability to truly engage and motivate others - bringing them together in a structured way.
