This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Director/ Senior HR Professional who has worked extensively at board level to join my Financial Services client to lead on a programme of cultural change over the next 12 months. Experience of leading on this change, in a financial services regulated environment is essential, along with a broad operational HR skillset which includes managing a team.
The role is to start in the next few weeks and will last for approx 12 months.
Candidates will be proven influencers at a senior level, experienced instigators of cultural change, able to commute to the Midlands on a daily basis, able to start a role in the next few weeks and be happy to commit for the duration, and also have extensive financial services experience.
This role can be taken on either a fixed term contract basis paying c£100,000 pa or on a daily rate of around £500-600 per day.
