Project Support Coordinator * My South West London based client is currently undertaking a programme to empower the operating divisions* The purpose of this role is to support Project Managers and project team members by providing them an up-to-date view of progress against milestones, risks and issues, and dependencies as directed by the Project Manager* Excellent opportunity to be involved in a multi-million pound programme with the opportunity to develop under guidance of the Programme and Project Managers Responsibilities. As a Project Support Coordinator you will have the following accountabilities:* Support the Project Manager in the setting up of appropriate processes and procedures for projects/programmes* Use and recommend project control solutions for planning, scheduling and tracking projects* Support programme/project control boards and project meetings* Keep project artefacts such as plans, RAID logs, project up to date* Assist in communicating to all stakeholders and wider stakeholder management Skills* Project Support Experience including Planning, Reporting, Analysing and documentation* MS Office skills including MS Project 2010, Visio, PowerPoint, Excel and Word* Knowledge of Project Management Prince 2 or Prince 2 foundation qualified is an advantage
