An experienced Service Desk Analyst is required for an initial 3 month contract based in Nottingham. The successful candidate is required to have experience of Service Desk and have a strong technical understanding and appreciation. Being customer focused with excellent communication skills, the candidate is required to have an acute attention to detail and strong problem solving ability. This will be to join a highly collaborative environment and so the ability to work in a team is crucially important. Having experience of call-logging is essential and experience of ITIL is highly beneficial.
This will be a shift based role and so candidates will need to be flexible for working weekends and evenings. Candidates are required to be available to start within 2 weeks and available to interview w/c 10th December.
