An exciting time for an Application Support Manager to join a fast paced, established organisation.You will provide consistent and high quality customer service and support, in order to achieve customer satisfaction and meet departmental objectives and targets.You will maintain and manage 3rd party offshore relationships as well as remaining commercially and results focused .Within your position, you will lead a team of Support Staff providing coaching and development as well as establish and enforce the agreed service levels to resolution. Including those resolving groups that lie outside of the Service Desk.You will take a structured and effective approach in the delivery of the role, demonstrating great leadership skills.
