My client is looking for a Service Desk / Helpdesk Team Lead to lead a team of 3 Helpdesk Engineers who will support the day to day delivery of IT Services across my clients sites. This is a very technical hands-on role and include installation configuration and maintenance of the following: (Windows 2000, XP, Office, Active Directory, Exchange Server , Avaya telephone system, Blackberry, iPad, VPN, Citrix,). The successful candidate must have a demonstrable background in leading teams previously, as you will be tasked with training, mentoring, guiding and supporting the Helpdesk Engineers. Understanding or certified in ITIL will be highly advantageous.
