Superb Online and Data Driven business is looking for a new Desktop Support Analyst to join a great team in Warwick. This role will cover trouble shooting and problem solving of 1st line issues to around 200 users. This will range from Windows 7 and XP Desktop support in an Active Directory domain, MS Office 2010, some GMail/GoogleApps, setting up new accounts & managing Active Directory, some Anti-Virus set ups (preferably Vipre but any will do), some basic Apple support (so a few Macs, simple iPhone support), provide support and set up for remote users (VPN & other connectiviy issues), keeping a Call Centre up and running, so Software, Hardware issues, connecting to printers and anything in between.
You will help manage the Helpdesk in the absence of the Manager, take on a few 2nd line problems when required, record all incidents within the ticket logging system, keep everyone informed of progress, carry out installs/configs, carry out Desktop/Laptop builds and follow incident management processes.
Above you will keep the highest standards of Customer Service possible.
This role will quickly lead to more Senior roles, so we are looking for bright, intelligent, enthausiastic people. Looking for around 1 - 2 years commercial experience, now looking for the next stage in their career.
Based in Warwick, offering a salary of £23,000 + benefits and training.
