Algorithm Developer (Software Engineer) required for a market leading, reputable organisation based in Central London.
My client is now looking for an Algorithm Developer (Software Engineer) to develop image processing algorithms to be incorporated into my client’s platform. The algorithms will be around segmenting images, registering images, and scoring studies to statistically correlate with clinical scores.
This is a position for someone intelligent and inquisitive to join our dynamic fast growing team of developers, architects, and business analysts.
We are looking for someone with the vision, technical knowledge and daring to question the status quo. This role is about achieving results and making a real difference, not box ticking and 9 to 5.
The successful candidate is likely to have most of the following:
* PhD in computing / maths / physics
* Image processing
* Medical imaging
* Numerical computing
* Evidence of innovation
Job Summary:

* Work closely with clients
* Keep abreast of state of the art in medical image processing
* Be proactive in suggesting improvements and development processes
* Prototype algorithms in MATLAB or JAVA or C/C++
