Senior Service Desk Analyst / Team Leader required by my client based in Truro.
The successful Senior Service Desk Analyst / Team Leader will join a rapidly expanding team supporting a large corporate user base.
In order to be successful you will need to have strong communication skill, be IT literate and have a passion for customer service.An academic background in IT and/or experience of providing technical support in a commercial environment would be beneficial, but is not essential.
