Java Developer required for a permanent vacancy based in the City working within the Front Office.
Salary - up to £90,000 per annum.
The candidate will be part of a glbal development team with responsibility for designing, building and deploying a global cross-asset trading processing platform in a series of phased deliverables as part of a broad strategic reengineering programme.
Key Skills:
· Strong Java development
· Distributed Messaging technology e.g. TIBCO/RV/JMS
· Linux/Unix experience
· Full software lifecycle (requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, maintenance)
· SQL / Database development
· Messaging (MQ / JMS / TIBCO)
· XML, Spring
· Trade processing system design, data modelling and workflow (desirable)
