Scrummaster / Engineering Delivery Manager required for our leading Central London digital media client. You will manage the day-to-day and long term delivery of our platform and product. Your day-to-day work will involve team management, sprint planning, running stand-ups, and improving our delivery processes. You'll work with our engineering delivery teams to get the best practices but will push on new approaches and standards to use the best approach for the platform. What we're really looking for are team management skills combined with technical and data savvy alongside a great work ethic and commitment to deliver a great product.Get the best out of the development team through the coaching of developers, particularly with graduate/ junior developers and lead the hiring and resourcing of the team, and ensuring consistent feedback with a view to improving the team's delivery process to ensure it is reliable and robust. You will also ensure effective delivery by the team, run sprint planning sessions, daily stand-ups and report on task status to enable higher level reporting.You should be a certified Scrummaster with hands-on development experience. You must have experience managing development teams, delivering software and infrastructure projects and experience of agile processes and iterative development.![]()
