Business Analyst - Cambridgeshire - £400 per day
My prestigious client is looking for a Business Analyst to work as part of the delivery team on a major transformation programme. Previous exposure to web portals would be extremely beneficial.
You will be responsible for defining and implementing standard processes, tools and templates to ensure consistent and high quality delivery. This role is vital to the successful delivery of the programme, so you must be a high-calibre and highly motivated person with a track record of delivery. You will also provide mentoring and coaching to more junior Business Analysts, acting as a role model of best practice within a team.
You will ideally have the following experience:
·Business Analysis
·Requirements Capturing
·Process Analysis
·Gap analysis between current and future processes
·Exposure to ERP / SAP systems would be extremely advantageous
You will be:
·A confident, disciplined professional with a positive , can-do attitude
·Able to inspire and lead a team as well as assist with recruitment of new team members
·Flexible and creative
·Highly resilient
